Scotland - Business Development Manager 

Your role

You will be instrumental in growing the brand in Scotland, delivering our brands unique point of difference and driving KPI's by delivering product knowledge, advanced treatment skills, skincare techniques, and supporting events. You will be required to execute educational programs that bring brand DNA, storytelling and product passion for PCA SKIN to life at a clinic level . An exceptional communicator, you will be responsible for delivering inspirational in clinic training sessions that motivate, inspire and enhance practitioners skill base. You will use your knowledge of the aesthetic market to plan and manage your territory. You will identify potential customers in your region, present the company’s highly regarded products and treatments to senior medical professionals and business owners, establish new relationships and win new business.

You will visit potential customers, demonstrate the products, advise on the practical applications, and use your commercial acumen and knowledge of the industry to advise clients on how the products will help increase treatment bookings and positive patient feedback.

You will manage the sales process from researching potential customers through to ordering ,subsequent customer service, managing your own sales plan and providing reports to management.
You will manage your own accounts, maintaining relationships with your clients so that they are retained as long-term customers.
Assist the Brand Manager with events, training and key account management as and when needed.

  • Level 3 + beauty therapist qualification
  • B2B field sales experience, with a proven record of success in medical, aesthetic or beauty product sales
  • You must be personable and proactive, with the ability to win business and build client relationships
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Exemplary sales management and administration skills
  • A full clean driving license
  • A high level of skin anatomy knowledge
  • Passionate and inspirational
  • This role is a field based role and will require flexibility and the ability to travel with overnight stays
  • High-level attention to detail and accuracy in execution of work and tasks
  • Basic computer/social media skills— in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
