PCA Skin® features in British Vogue
This month's print issue of British Vogue includes a Skincare Special, PCA Skin® features with two products featuring in the article;
'The FITZPATRICK SCALE & why it matters'.
This numerical scale was developed in 1975 by dermatologist Thomas B Fitzpatrick to classify how skin responds to sun exposure but is increasingly being used in the creation of skin, beauty and cosmeceutical products.

PCA Skin® Hyaluronic Acid Overnight Mask was featured for Fitzpatrick Type IV (minimally burns, typically light brown to olive in colour) as this product was clinically tested on all skin Fitzpatrick's for its maximum efficacy, reducing inflammation, soothing irritation while hydrating and speeding up barrier repair.

PCA Skin® Weightless Protection Broad Spectrum SPF45 was mentioned for Fitzpatrick Type I (never tans, always burns, typically pale in colour) "This product containing 8.4% Zinc Oxide will reflect, scatter and absorb the UV rays for high factor sun protection helping typeI skins which have a thinner epidermis and can be more susceptible to burning and peeling" explains PCA Skin® UK Brand Manager Elizabeth Shaw. @skin.lizzie
